Equipment Repair
Terminals Direct is your one-stop source for the repair of payment systems that are under warranty or out-of-warranty. We also handle refurbishment and specialized adaptation (re-work or enhancement) of equipment. Client Services repairs thousands of pieces of equipment each month, and we can substantially expand capacity as needed for growth or special projects.

Every unit returned to Client Services for repair undergoes a comprehensive diagnostic process to isolate defective or weak components. Terminals Direct-trained technicians follow precise procedures to repair equipment, and use genuine Terminals Direct components.
Each piece of equipment is re-manufactured to like-new condition and carries a full one-year warranty. Our standard service includes not only replacing the failed component but also cleaning all other components, replacing worn components, installing all Engineering Change Orders ("ECOs") and testing equipment to ensure that it is operating according to specifications.
